Determine Search Criteria.

Once you know the area you want to live in you must then determine what type of housing you want. Do you want an apartment, townhouse, condo, or a home with a yard. Then once you know how many bedrooms, bathrooms you need we can determine whether a pool, garage, or other amenities are needed.

Get Daily Lists From MLS.

Once an initial list of the available rentals are sent to you for review we will send out emails daily as new rental listings hit the market. As these come available we will want to request a showing and then we can make the decision if you want to apply.

Apply.

Most rental application are electronic, however, some will still require paper applications. We will have all the information needed ready to go no matter what type of application is required. Most rental applications will require at least 2 months of pay stubs and a copy of your drivers license.
